You will be responsible for handling the accounting actions to Costa Rica.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Support the accounting functions in improving control measures, compiling, sorting, and verifying documentation.
- Comply with business key performance indicators, assertively communicate, and properly handle escalations with peers, management, and stakeholders.
- Be responsible for preparing the account reconciliation process (SOX Control) and retention of proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and international accounting standards.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
- Keep accounting records and prepare daily and monthly account reconciliations.
- Month-end closing processes, both corporate and fiscal closings, and support audits.
- Support to Payroll.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or be an advanced student in accounting or related field with 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Attention to detail and assertive communication.
- Sense of urgency and problem-solving.
- One year of experience in bank conciliations, SOX controls, account analysis, or accounting clerical experience or equivalent in one or more of the following disciplines: month-end close, accruals, flux analysis, and external audit engagement.
- Intermediate/Advanced English level (exclusive)
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft package.
- Oracle and _Hyperion _system knowledge (desirable)
