We are a leading company in the manufacture of auto parts through plastic injection for the automotive industry, committed to providing high-quality products and innovative solutions to our customers. We are in search of a passionate and highly competent Purchasing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our supply chain. What are the main responsibilities? - Manage and oversee the purchasing process, ensuring the efficient acquisition of raw materials and supplies. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with plastic resin suppliers on a national and international level. - Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers, ensuring the best prices and delivery times. - Manage suppliers and maintain a high level of quality and performance. - Coordinate the logistics of material import and export when necessary. What are the important requirements for the position? - Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or related field. - Advanced English language skills. - Basic knowledge of import and export commercial processes. - Solid knowledge of plastic resin suppliers and related raw materials. What experience are we looking for? - Experience in negotiation and the ability to reach beneficial agreements. - Experience in supplier management to maintain effective relationships. - Preferred experience in a plastic injection manufacturing plant. - Experience in indirect purchasing is a plus. What do we offer? - Monthly salary of 25,000 to 30,000 pesos. - Statutory benefits. - 6% savings fund. - Working hours from 8 am to 5 pm. Who are we?
