**Job Title**
Property Management Attorney Sr

**Position Purpose**
The Property Management Manager main purpose is to provide Legal and administrative help to Legal, Finance, Store Dev and Maintenance Departments. Main objective of the position is to be the principal point of contact between Landlords and the company. Also, property management manager should be responsible for setting the base for business continuity and grant an efficient operation of all the units in Mexico and provide proper advice and solution to any situation that may arise

**Primary Accountabilities**
- Negotiation with current Landlords to ensure business continuity, even negotiating lease extensions, these will include drafting all types of legal documents or amend current documents.
- Manage and supervise the acquisition process for real estate properties, including informing treasury of such operations and request payments.
- Work along the Finance Property Management to support the creation and maintenance of a physical file for all legal documents (leases and titles related to all the company's properties in Mexico).
- Responsible for creating, updating, and monitoring a database that includes all information related to leases and purchases, as well as any information critical for business continuity such as term, renewal dates, rent increases and deadlines.
- Work along the Real Estate department to anticipate possible relocation of existing stores; in that regard, work with finance department to obtain a financial analysis that may allow to make a savvy business decision about relocating, maintaining or shutting down a current store

**Education & Experience**
Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
Area of Study: Legal
Years of Experience: Three to five years.
Type of Experience: Legal specialized in Real Estate and Administrative
Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Real Estate/Contracts/Administration. Excellent in communication with others. Fluent in English.
Other/Preferred: Available for minimum travel.
