Support internal and external requests for part reactivation and deactivation while maintaining clear documentation (i.e. VMRS codes), notes, and following the DTNA part retention policy. Provide support for the current team by contacting suppliers for material pricing and resolving cases via APC.

Indispensable Requirements:

- MS Office Tools
- SAP
- Power BI experience
- IMS and Excelerator experience

Soft Skills:

- Analysis and problem solving
- Effective communication
- Decision Making

Academic Knowledge:
Bachelor degree on finance, business, engineering or related

Main Functions:

- Review and respond to Emerging Demand APC cases from dealers. Follow up with impacted stakeholders as needed to ensure part availability and the retention policy is being followed. Update parts and notes in Paragon.
- Review internal part reactivation/deactivation requests along with other key reports, follow up where needed with impacted stakeholders, and update parts and notes in Paragon
- Process Weekly part deactivations for parts falling out of retention
- Support team members and learn to cross-train on back up tasks (APC case resolution, Parked Invoices)
