**Role Overview**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Strategic Leadership and Coordination**: Act as the main liaison between our New York headquarters and the Mexican operations team, ensuring alignment in all business activities and strategic initiatives.
- **Expert Excel and Database Management**: Build, manage, and optimize complex Excel spreadsheets and databases; create automated tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
- **Operational Excellence**: Analyze and optimize workflows, design efficient processes, and maintain high standards of operational performance.
- **Training and Development**: Develop comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing staff, ensuring high levels of competency and performance across the team.
- **Emergency Coverage and Resource Management**: Capably fill in for any team member as needed, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery; manage resource allocation and team performance.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Regularly generate detailed reports, providing insights into performance metrics and strategic opportunities to senior management.

Qualifications:

- **Advanced Excel Skills**: Mastery of Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and complex data analysis.
- **Database Management Proficiency**: Extensive experience with database tools like SQL, Access, or Google Sheets, and proven ability to manage large datasets effectively.
- **Proven Leadership**: Demonstrable experience managing remote teams and projects, with strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate.
- **Excellent Communication**: Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of managing cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
- **Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities**: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of strategic problem-solving and decision-making.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to step into various roles as needed and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
