**PAYROLL COORDINATOR**

This position will be responsible for the transition process according to transition methodology. Ensure sales payroll operation within MBS while implementing a functional operating model.

**Accountabilities**
- Responsible for mayor incidences escalation ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage Sales team by providing coaching and day to day oversight of the work stream volume.
- Gain knowledge of PepsiCo's US business policies and labor legislation.
- Leverage technology to optimize Sales efficiency.
- Manage and transact against sales requests submitted through location specific sales SPA boxes.
- Upload and organize supporting documentation including sales reports/approvals on TEAMS channels. Adhering to Control requirements.
- Maintain employee records in proprietary commission tracking system. Help generate an accurate payout of commission and variable overtime for sales employees.
- Generate and distribute required sales reports. Get digital approvals to meet Global Control compliance.
- Run Ad-hoc reports to identify gaps in sales. Partner with Managers to resolve before finalizing payroll each week.

**Qualifications/Requirements**:
**Education/requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field.
- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (2+ years experience).
- Functional knowledge of human resources processes (desirable).
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong English oral and written communication skills.
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
- Networking, collaboration and influence to establish strong and credible relationships with interal clients.
- Able to lead Functional agenda within a matrix environment.
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
