We are a crop protection company, and we are searching for the best talent to join our team as Infrastructure Analyst.
**Profile**:
- Complete bachelor´s degree (Systems, Computer Science, or related desirable certification (ITIL, Microsoft)
- Fluent English - able to communicate
- 3+ years of experience in technology areas, working in some discipline as Infrastructure, Networks, Compute, and systems support
**Qualifications**:
- Strongly organized, responsible and proactive
- Analytical
- Service to internal customers
Principal responsibilities:
- Guaranteeing their operational efficiency, proper functioning, and high availability.
- Managing Virtualized Physical Servers in the AWS Cloud
- Ensure proper management of information backup processes
- Keep the company's computer equipment inventory updated
- Manage the acquisition of computer equipment and consumables
- Licensing Management
- Provide FCR support
- Cloud deployment and management with an infrastructure focus
- ITIL practices
