Team Manager

Supervision of production of the shift and distribution of activities.
- Decision making in production processes: change from one product to another, cleaning of equipment.
- Management of unionized personnel.
- Hazardous waste control: waste bags, drums.
- Coordinate cleaning of production equipment.
- Control of reactor ramps (temperatures).
- Laboratory Equipment Management.
- Pill Handling: validation of product packaging and cleaning.
- Control of inventories of indirect and solvent materials.
- Monitoring of the completion of production indicator reports by each operator.
- Filling out of shift delivery logs on the elog platform.
- Review and signing of work permits.
- Coordinate cleanups after production.
- Carry out compliance with the master cleaning program.
- Communicate corporate safety reports to staff to promote awareness of security issues.
- Generate the requisition and coordination of delivery of personal protective equipment.
- Generate payroll incident reports of the personnel in charge to send to Human Resources.
- Training and training of new personnel.
- Evaluation of technical competencies of the personnel in charge for category changes, promotions and annual corporate evaluations.
- Immediately report to the Production Leader when there are deviations in the finished product.
- Delivery of finished material to the warehouse physically and through the corresponding format.
- Modifications to work instructions for the ISO system.
- Generation of work orders for maintenance.
- Deliver process equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Validation of equipment delivery after maintenance intervention.
- Validation of the correct operation of the Natural Gas installation
