**Join Our Customer Service Team as a Technical Support Representative**
**Position Overview**: Are you passionate about delivering top-tier technical support? SpotOn is looking for a dedicated **Technical Support Representative** to join our team and ensure our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver **exceptional technical support** through both verbal and written communication, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
- Provide **clear and concise explanations** to customers regarding charges, rates, and statements.
- Handle **difficult and high-stress situations** with professionalism, using strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain **accurate records** of customer interactions to ensure seamless service and follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
- **Advanced English (C1 level)**:
- **1-3 years of experience** in technical support and tech support
- Strong **customer relationship skills** and a passion for exceeding customer expectations
- Proven ability to **troubleshoot** and resolve customer issues effectively
- Excellent **interpersonal and communication skills** to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to **stay calm under pressure** and de-escalate challenging situations professionally
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum); university or technical studies preferred
**What We Offer**:
- **Base Salary**: $18,250.00 MXN + **Performance Bonus**: $3,660.00 MXN
