As a Financial Business Analyst you will comprehend corporate procedures, spot potential for development, and create plans to maximize production and efficiency. You will support the budget analysis, operational metrics and saving projects of the 8 CSV Plants (Saltillo, Apodaca, San Luis Potosi, Reynosa, Queretaro, Leon and Hermosillo in Mexico and 1 in San Antonio, Texas). You will work in Parque Industrial Queretaro. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead inventory and cost analysis and efficiencies. - Support the analysis and documentation over Capital Projects - Analyze performance against budget and ensuring that our goals are achieved within the context of the budget. - Perform financial statement analysis, create and interprete financial reports, identifying trends and providing insights to improve our financial performance. - Identify cost-saving opportunities, creating cost reduction strategies and implementing processes to ensure that we have the most efficient cost structure possible. **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field; CPA or Mater’s Degree - Preference of at least 5 progressive finance/FP&A Roles - Experience in the Manufacturing Sector and in Multinational Companies - Proficient in English - Experience in Month End Close Processes, Financial & Reporting - HFM and Oracle skills - Implement and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Benefits such as salary, medical insurance, life insurance, between others will be discussed in the process.
