**What You'll Do?** **Responsibilities**: - Manual Journal entries for closing period - Monthly account reconciliations, analysis and variance explanations - Provide accurate, timely and reliable reporting and controls - Administration of Key performance indicators - Ensures compliance with GM Corporate policies and external regulatory requirements - Support audit reviews (internal and external) - Identify bottom line improvement opportunities - Solve problems and develop new methods of analysis to streamline decision-making - Participation in Special Projects as needed - Interacts with internal/external related parties (impacted Business Units, Global Controller’s Team, Global Finance Teams, External Auditors, etc.) **Additional Job Description**: **Job Title** Finance Analyst - Product Cost & Inventory (Level 6). **Work Appropriately** - Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, administration or any related - Relevant work experience in accounting/finance - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Big data analysis - Data technical capabilities - Advance English / Portuguese (desirable) - PowerBI, Data visualization tools, Office expertise. **Preferred Qualifications** - Learning agility and intellectual curiosity - Continuous Improvement mindset and able to translate it to meaningful projects In case you need any reasonable adjustment to continue with your process, let your recruiter know.
