- Support the planning, design and execution of projects, new processes, and audit controls
- Show strong attention to detail
- Assessing functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility of a process within different entities and different systems
- Have analytical skills and out of the box problem-solving abilities
- Thinking the abstract and see how small details fit into bigger picture
- With a creative mindset to approach problem solving
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a process
- Prepare and administrate quality review schedules to ensure process compliance and efficiency
- Partners with the different teams in OTC and other internal partners to identify needs
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
- Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What we look for?**
- 3-5 years Quality Analyst Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferable in accounting, administration or finance background
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional listening and analytical skills
- Experience on planning and executing projects, as well as time management skills
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization
- Must be result oriented and work towards and objective
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Power Point)
- Bi-lingual (English - Spanish) at minimum, desirable Portuguese
- Able to travel
- Preferred knowledge of ERPs as iScala, Oracle, Customer relationship manager Sales Force and Business process management Appian
