**Job Summary**
- Project Portfolio Management and a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This role involves overseeing project execution ensuring alignment with business goals and driving successful project outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans including schedules milestones and risk management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks developing mitigation plans to address potential issues.
- Utilize Psft
- Project Portfolio Management tools to track project performance and generate reports.
- Analyze financial data to ensure project budgets are adhered to and financial goals are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Finance & Accounting with the ability to analyze financial data.
- Demonstrate expertise in Psft
- Project Portfolio Management with hands-on experience in project tracking and reporting.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Showcase strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and on schedule.
- Display a high level of organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
