The Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for performing accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions._
- This position involves verifying invoices, processing payments, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of accounts payable activity._
- Ensure that the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accordingly._
- Securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts and resolving any discrepancies._
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Experience: 3 years in similar position.
- Knowledge of SAT
- Management of banking platforms
- Use of ERP (Oracle is a plus)
- Intermediate-advanced use of Excel.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Emotional intelligence.
