What You Will Do
- 5's in Work Station - Management of standard instruments and reference equipment. - Temperature revision (Daily Monitoring). - Verification of pending dimensions - Critical Tool Dimension. | Dimensional Finish Goods - Take evidence of the holding method of the parts to be measured - Support all metrology activities related to PPAP, new launches & production. - Perform internal calibration according to established procedures. - Continuous improvement and training to develop a robust entity in the metrology pad. - Any other job activities assigned by the supervisor. Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs

What You Need
- Integrity, Innovation, Inclusion, Teamwork & Respect, Excellence. - Knowledge of measurement devices and test equipment. - Coordinate measuring machine (CMM WENZEL Programmable) - Optical Comparator (PH3500 MITUTOYO) - Reading and interpretation of plans - Knowledge of Calibrator, Micrometers, Height indicator, Analytical Balances, Thermometers, UV Radiometers, Hardness Tester (ROCK WELL), Pull & Push tester (LLOYD) Multi-meter and gages - Knowledge Geometric and Dimensional Tolerances GD & T (Universal Language) - Knowledge of Analysis to measurement systems MSA - Knowledge Microsoft Office, Power point, Word, Excel. - Standard knowledge ISO / IEC 17025ss - Knowledge of MSA. | High School or Technical Degree. | 30% English.
