**Descripción del Puesto**

Buscamos un Content Creator & Community Manager apasionado por la gastronomía para unirse a nuestro equipo de marketing. La persona ideal será responsable de conceptualizar, producir y gestionar contenido visual y audiovisual de alta calidad para nuestras plataformas digitales (redes sociales, Google My Business, Open Table). Su misión será fortalecer la identidad de nuestra marca, impulsar la interacción con nuestra audiencia y aumentar el engagement, reflejando la esencia y el sabor de nuestra propuesta gastronómica.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar una **parrilla de contenido.**:

- Realizar **levantamiento de fotografía y vídeo profesional**de platillos, bebidas, ambiente y eventos para su uso en redes sociales y otras plataformas.
- Redactar textos y copys para distintas plataformas.
- Gestionar y optimizar el contenido en plataformas como Instagram, Google My Business, Open Table, entre otras.
- Identificar y aprovechar tendencias relevantes en redes sociales y gastronomía para generar contenido innovador y de alto impacto.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing y diseño.
- Analizar métricas de rendimiento del contenido.
- Proponer y aplicar estrategias de contenido basadas en datos para mejorar la visibilidad y la interacción.
- Contribuir al desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias de marketing digital (SEO, SEM, social media marketing).

**Experiência Profesional**:Mínimo **3 años**en creación de contenido digital y gestión de redes sociales, preferentemente en el sector gastronómico o de hospitalidad.

**Conocimientos básicos de publicidad digital en redes sociales**(MetaAds, Google Ads).

**Formación Académica**:Lic. en Marketing, Comunicación, Diseño Gráfico, Publicidad, o Afín.

**Nível de educación deseada**:
Superior - titulado
