**About You**:

- ** Experience**: At least 5 years of C++ programming experience with a robust background in software engineering. Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, C#,.Net, JavaScript, and Python is essential.
- ** Technical Skills**: Familiarity with GitHub, static code analysis tools, unit testing frameworks (preferably GoogleTest), and IDEs (VisualStudio preferred). Knowledge of Azure DevOps is advantageous.
- ** Customer Focus**: Exceptional understanding of diverse customer needs, adept at using feedback and data to drive decisions.
- ** Problem Solving**: Skilled in engaging in constructive dialogue to address complex challenges and committed to delivering outstanding results.
- ** Adaptability**: Embrace changes and challenges, continuously seeking learning opportunities from diverse perspectives to drive innovation.
- ** Communication**: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively explaining technical concepts to a wide range of audiences.
