Ingredion busca un(a) **Continuous Improvement Intern**tu misión será brindar soporte al área de Mejora Continua en la implementación de iniciativas que impulsen la eficiencia operativa, la estandarización de procesos y la cultura de mejora dentro de la planta.

**Lo que harás**:

- Apoyar en proyectos e iniciativas de mejora continua dentro de la planta.
- Implementar el Sistema de Gestión de Ingredion (IPS) y digitalizar bitácoras operativas.
- Participar en proyectos enfocados en la confiabilidad de procesos.
- Brindar soporte a distintas áreas productivas según necesidades operativas.
- Dar seguimiento a los indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) de la organización.
- Colaborar en la capacitación del personal en herramientas como 5’s y Lean Six Sigma.
- Contribuir a la estandarización de procesos como entregable clave del rol.

**Tu aporte al rol**:
Requisitos académicos:

- Estudiante de penúltimo o último semestre de Ingeniería Química (no egresados).

Conocimientos técnicos:

- Fundamentos de operaciones unitarias.
- Nível de inglés intermedio.
- Manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel y PowerPoint).
- Conocimientos en Power BI (deseable).
- ** Disponibilidad preferentemente de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a.m. a 1:00 p.m. (flexible).**
