***Your ‘day to day’**
As the **Commercial Operations Data & Governance Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in enabling commercial effectiveness through robust data governance, process optimization, and KPI tracking. You will:
- Consolidate commercial billing closures by category and client, ensuring compliance with SOX and anti-diversion controls.
- Own and manage the master data model for commercial planning and reporting (customers, regions, channels, SKUs).
- Lead the development and deployment of tools (Power BI, Excel models, ReeV) to empower field and central teams.
- Define and enforce data governance standards, including data quality, ownership, documentation, and access controls.
- Coordinate with Treasury on overs and credit days, and support audits with proper documentation.
- Translate global commercial objectives into operational KPIs and build the OGSM for Commercial Operations across all teams—from leadership to field coaches.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote cross-functional collaboration.
***Who we’re looking for**
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Data.
- 6+ years of experience in FMCG, electronics, or medical devices, with a strong background in commercial operations and data governance.
- Proven track record in performance management and compliance.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset, and ability to lead without formal authority.
