**Descripción del Puesto**:
Buscamos un **Medical Science Liaison (MSL)** para fortalecer la relación entre la empresa y la comunidad médica en Monterrey y la región. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la difusión científica de nuestros productos, la educación médica continua y la recopilación de insights clínicos para apoyar estrategias médicas y comerciales.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Mapeo y actualización del panel médico por región asignada.
- Identificación y desarrollo de relaciones con KOLs nacionales.
- Mapeo de instituciones relevantes por ciudades clave.
- Presentación de información científica y realización de entrenamientos médicos.
- Reporte de insights del mercado y elaboración de planes de implementación basados en ellos.
- Participación activa en foros, simposios y congresos, tanto presenciales como virtuales.
- Apoyo en la presentación y ejecución del programa de genotipificación.
- Colaboración en el diseño y adaptación de materiales médicos según el plan de la Unidad.
- Colaboración en actividades prioritarias asignadas por el Gerente Médico.
- Apoyo en trabajos de seguimiento con PAGs y actividades administrativas vinculadas al prelanzamiento del producto.

**Requisitos**:

- Título en Medicina, Farmacia, Biología o carrera afín.
- Especialidad en Pediatría.
- Experiência deseable de 1 año en la industria farmacéutica.
- Conocimiento en farmacología, investigación clínica y regulación sanitaria.
- Habilidades de comunicación y presentación científica.
- Capacidad de establecer relaciones con KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.
- Disponibilidad para viajar al menos 3 veces al mes fuera de CDMX.
- Disponibilidad para viajar frecuentemente y trabajar en campo.

**Condiciones laborales**:

- Modalidad de trabajo: 90-95% de campo, 5-10% administrativo
