**Director - Solution Ownership**:
**Who You’ll Work With**

As a Director-level Solution Owner, you’ll be part of Slalom AI-enabled delivery capability, Build, working alongside multidisciplinary teams of engineers and architects. You’ll collaborate closely with client executives and product owners to shape and deliver transformative solutions that embed AI into core business processes. You’ll also lead and mentor a team of Solution Owners, helping them grow into AI-literate delivery leaders.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead large-scale Agile programs that integrate AI capabilities to accelerate delivery, improve decision-making, and enhance customer experiences.
- Define and manage delivery roadmaps, financials, and governance structures that support AI-enabled product development.
- Partner with clients to translate strategic goals into AI-informed user stories and product requirements.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and AI specialists to validate technical approaches and ensure scalable, ethical AI integration.
- Guide and mentor a team of Solution Owners, fostering career growth and AI fluency across delivery roles.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations that clearly communicate the impact of AI on business outcomes.
- Travel up to 50% may be required depending on client needs.

**What You’ll Bring**

- 12+ years of experience in iterative software delivery, including hands-on leadership of complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Proven success in integrating AI into delivery workflows, backlog prioritization, and product strategy.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate client needs into AI-enabled solutions.
- Experience mentoring and managing delivery leaders, with a focus on building AI literacy and ethical adoption.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.
