Empresa líder en TI anda en busca de un **PROJECT MANAGER GESTOR DE INCIDENCIAS.**

**Requisitos**:

- Ingles básico.
- **Mas de 3 años de experiência en el puesto.**:

- Supervisión CIC
- **Conocimiento sólido de la herramienta Remedy.**:

- Experiência en gestión de incidencias (escalamientos y reaperturas)
- Experiência en manejo y supervisión de equipos de trabajo.
- Experiência en desarrollo y gestión de equipos de trabajo (capacitación, coaching, retroalimentación, etc.)
- **Experiência en monitoreo y consecución de KPIs.**:

- **Experiência en monitoreo, consecución y gestión de SLAs**

OFRECEMOS:

- **Sueldo de $35,000 netos mensual**.
- Prestaciones de ley y superiores.
- Pago nominal y quincenal.
- Proyecto de 1 año.
- **Trabajo hibrido - se asiste de 2 a 3 días a oficina en Polanco CDMX.**:

- **Disponibilidad para rolar turnos.**
