Elife is a Startup developing innovative technology in the passenger transport industry, providing any type of ground transportation worldwide, including Group/event transportation, NEMT transportation, senior and disability transportation, pet relocation, bilingual driver for non-English speak clients.

Vacancy: Tech Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Hands on coding of some of the most challenging algorithms
- Architect, design and deploye systems
- Work with other developers to layout how the pieces fit together
- Integration final work.
- Code review of other developers’ work
- Integration test and production issue triage
- Oversee and support process by reviewing daily transactions on performance parameters
- Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries
- Build people capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior
- Customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Mentor and guide Production Specialists on improving technical knowledge
- Collate trainings to be conducted as triage to bridge the skill gaps identified through interviews with the Production Specialist
- Develop and conduct trainings (Triages) within products for production specialist as per target
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per recommendations
- Identify and document most common problems and recommend appropriate resolutions to the team
- Update job knowledge by participating in self learning opportunities and maintaining personal networks

**Requirements**:
Bachelor degree in related areas

Prove experiences 5 years as lead developer / Tech lead

Work in large scale database.

Worked in a large modern internet company.

Salary range $60,000-$80,000 MXN net payment according to experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
