Connection Systems team is seeking a Sales Analyst. This position is responsible for quoting all the products that Aptiv manufactures at the North American level. Also process purchase orders received by our customers. Given the high handling of information that is handled, We’re looking skills for massive data handling.

**Your Role**
- Attend request for quotation from our Customers (RFQs) in a timely manner through Salesforce System.
- Order Processing (open orders & spot buy) to external customers through SAP.
- Initiate pricing request through PRT SharePoint.
- Create cases to GBS Team as part of the initial PO Processing.
- Participate actively in the problem resolution with the different teams involved in our processing activity (Customer Service, Account Management, Program readiness, Engineering, GBS).
- Follow the work instructions from its position according to our Enterprise Operating System.

**Your Background**
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering
- 80% English (written and verbal)
- knowledge of excel and its functions
- Basic knowledge in SAP, Microsoft Office.
- Preferably basic programming knowledge such as visual basic.
- Experience is not required if you have the technical skills mentioned.

- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong results-orientation and execution characteristics.
- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make. intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.
