This Position reports to:
Planning & Fulfillment Specialist
**Your role and responsibilities (mandatory)**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders.
The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
- Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
- Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
- Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.
**Qualifications for the role (mandatory)**:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
- 1 - 2+ years of experience in similar positions.
- Executing the program on time and maintaining a healthy inventory.
- Experience creating effective production programs and transferring them to the production line.
- Experience and knowledge of Excel.
- SAP proficiency.
- Advanced English.
