**Your mission and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for business KPIs setting and performance analysis
- Responsible for financial reporting, cost center controlling, assets and free cash flow analysis
- Responsible for MTA, MBR and FC processes (timeline/country calls/preparations calls/presentations/data quality)
- Develops sales flash and bottom line monthly executive commentary during the closing process with collaboration of Country Business Finance heads
- Performs critical analysis and review on P&L, Balance Sheet, Net Capital Employed and Headcount actual performance and forecast changes
- Ensures transparency, analysis and effective communication to internal stakeholders on allocated cost, SG&A, COGS and headcount, and advise opportunities for productivity improvement
- Promotes and influences best practices exchanges, standardized processes and reporting
- Provides transparency and guidance supporting trade-off decisions
- Drives key initiatives into the business
- Evaluates and drives implementation of digitalization and automation opportunities to streamline and simplify existing workflows
- Develops people with passion by connecting all relevant areas in the business and transferring knowledge through the Finance team in LAM
- Direct support to DX FI Head and DX Finance leadership team on executive presentations such as BRAM/Close the gap/Global calls & reviews
- Leads Productivity and NCC reporting

Reporting line: The role reports to the LAM DX Finance Head

Location: Mexico City

Your qualifications and experiences:

- BS/BA Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or advanced degree. MBA or master’s in finance is desirable.
- 5-10+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge
- Profound knowledge about finance topics, strong financial understanding: P&L, Balance Sheet, Financial Processes.
- Strong verbal and written skills in English with the ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization.
- Expert in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

- Fluent English and Spanish.
