Descripción y detalle de las actividades
- Controlar los níveles de inventario y garantizar la disponibilidad de material durante emergencias
- Supervisar, evaluar y orientar al equipo
- Mantener buenas relaciones y negociar con proveedores
- Mantener registros detallados sobre la actividad de compras, cantidad de materiales, especificaciones, etc.
- Ayudar en la previsión para planificar pedidos futuros
- Revisión de correcta ejecución de compras
- Correcta ejecución de envíos de tiempo y forma
- Seguimiento de importaciones
- Proyectos de mejora
- Colaborar con otros Gerentes para determinar las necesidad del suministro
- Comprar suministros y materiales de acuerdo a especificaciones
- Coordinar y supervisar los procedimientos de recepción y almacenaje
- Supervisar la distribución de suministros en la organización
- Acudir a las reuniones de Staff de continuidad de sus planes de trabajo
- Acudir de forma presencial a los programas de mejora continua
- Motivar a su equipo para el desarrollo de planes y aplicación del mismo
- Supervisar la adquisición, almacenamiento y distribución de los materiales y suministros necesarios para las operaciones de la empresa
- Mejorar la eficiencia de los productos con el menor de los costos
- Surtir las líneas de productor de manera eficiente
- Desarrollar programas de mejora continua
- Desarrollar y aplicar un programa de cumplimiento de objetivos

Experiência y requisitos
- Licenciatura o superior en comercio, logística, cadena de suministro o relacionadas.
- Experiência comprobable en Gerencias de Cadena de Suministro, Materiales o relacionadas.
- 5+ Años de experiência en el departamento.
- Facilidad y disponibilidad para viajar
