Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. **Job-Specific Requirements** - Maps out business processes, identifying significant risks using the Business Process Mnemonics and Nomenclature (BPMN) 2.0 methodology and under the standard defined by the Business Architect - During process mapping and risk assessment workshops, assists in identifying significant risks in business processes and helps design their control framework using the Operational Risk Management methodology. - Teams up with the Risk Analyst to document relevant process information relative to the development of data flows, process narratives, and risk assessments. - Helps define a pragmatic and efficient control monitoring process. - Ensures business compliance with policies and regulations by validating or developing the Policy Control Matrix (PCM) and Regulatory Control Matrix (RCM) of the business under review and ensuring their incorporation in the Managers Control Assessment (MCA). - Performs ad hoc gap assessments of business processes vs. policies and regulations and executes a plan to close gaps through the enhancement of processes and controls and incorporating them in the MCA of their entity. - Maintains change control information for PCM and RCM updates. **Additional Qualifications** - Significant process mapping experience using the Business Process Mnemonics and Nomenclature (BPMN) methodology. - Basic risk management experience including mitigation, acceptance, transference, and avoidance. - Process mapping proficiency in Visio, ARIS, iGrafx, or IBM Blueworks. - Power-user level in Excel, Word, and Power Point - Basic experience in SharePoint web page design. - Significant design of impactful PowerPoint presentations. - Six-Sigma, Lean, Agile, PMI or CIA certification a plus. - Fluent in English and Spanish. **Additional Competences** - Passionate about enhancing the customer-value chain, simplifying processes, and improving the employee experience. - Capable to explain complex issues to Stakeholders and Senior Managers - Personable, modest, and prone to develop excellent business relationships - **Job Family Group**: Compliance and Control - **Job Family**: Governance - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
