**Requirements**:
**Experience**:10+ years in front-end development with a strong focus on React.

**Leadership**:Proven experience leading a front-end development team or project.

**Azure &.NET/C# Experience**:Experience working with Azure cloud services and.NET/C# technologies is highly desirable.

**Language Proficiency**:English proficiency at C2 level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Mentorship Skills**:Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide less experienced developers.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Work closely with backend developers, particularly those with experience in.NET and C#, to create seamless integrations and deliver end-to-end solutions.

**Communication**:Act as a key point of contact within the team, facilitating clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
