Catalog Specialist

Primarily responsible for loading, auditing and maintaining product listings on Amazon Seller Central and Walmart. In addition to listing management, a catalog specialist supports and disputes, case management, and general account health to keep accounts and listings actively selling.

Must be action-oriented, organized, able to work independently, possess a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central catalog processes, have strong attention to detail, and possess excellent communication & collaboration skills.

Being detail-oriented and personable will allow the catalog specialist to distill complicated catalog challenges into approachable projects.

Minimum 2 years experience on Amazon Seller Central
Excellent English
Amazon seller central expert (including Catalog and Account Health)
Update item information and photos as needed
Weekly reporting of suppressed listings and Daily Buy Box checks
Complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details.
Create Promotional Deals when instructed
Update weekly Reports and KPIs
Report performance of Amazon sales and KPIs
Master with google sheets and excel (bulk data, pivot tables, vlookup, formulas)
Expert in making reports from big data look clean and actionable
Proactive in making reports for sales, ads, and inventory more productive for business to grow
Bachelors in engineering, mathematics, business is preferred but not required
Familiar with other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, Bol, etc) is a massive plus
