Company Description
Pace Industries is the leading die cast manufacturer in North America, with 15 facilities in the US and Mexico. Known for its client-facing engineers and vertically integrated operations, Pace provides customers with the highest quality products at the lowest landed cost.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator located in Saltillo, COA. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and facilitating training sessions for employees, developing training programs, and ensuring all training materials are up to date. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to understand their training needs, conducting assessments to identify skill gaps, and tracking the progress and effectiveness of training initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Skills in Training Coordination, Training, and Employee Training
- Experience in Training & Development
- Strong Communication skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
- Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
