- About Job. Provides Tier 1 level help desk/operations support, handling escalated technical issues and providing advanced operational assistance.- Ensures the safety and protection of servers, laptops, desktop computers, and other devices by deploying and maintaining the latest antivirus software.- Supports remote users with VPN installations and provides ongoing support.- Other duties as assigned.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.
- About You.- Bachelor of or university degree / IT Engineer or similar.- One to two years of experience.- Excellent time management abilities.- Good analytic skills.- English proficient.- High level of verbal and written communication skills.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
