This internship is designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in data management, reporting, and business process optimization. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Support, and Partner Success, contributing to strategic reporting, CRM accuracy, and RevOps initiatives that drive real business value.
**What You’ll Do**
As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will:
- **Support RevOps Initiatives**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Service, and Partner Success) to support CRM optimization, reporting accuracy, and client journey workflows.
- **Manage and Maintain Data**:Perform data entry, cleanup, and validation across internal systems. Ensure records are reliable, consistent, and aligned with business requirements.
- **Audit and Improve Databases**:Conduct quality audits to identify inconsistencies, missing fields, or outdated entries. Support efforts to enhance data hygiene and minimize manual processes.
- **Assist with Reporting & Dashboards**:Help prepare performance reports and dashboards that inform decision-making across departments.
- **Document Processes and Learnings**: Support internal documentation efforts to help scale process improvements and share learnings with the broader team.
- **Respond to Internal Inquiries**:Act as a resource for internal team members requesting partner or client data updates, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all responses.
- **Contribute to Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to streamline CRM fields, automate recurring data tasks, or improve operational workflows.
**Who You Are**
We’re looking for someone who is:
- **Currently studying or recently graduated**in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- **Tech-savvy**. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) is a must.
- **Detail-oriented**with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- **A strong communicator**, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across teams. You must be highly fluent in English.
- **Eager to learn**, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Interested in **client-facing roles, operations, or technical paths.**:
- **Preferred but not required**: Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience with CRM systems is a plus.
