**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring a Wellbeing Engagement Marketing Analyst to our Wellbeing Engagement team in Mexico City
- This role will join our B2B2C team, responsible for creating communication and engagement campaigns for our existing clients. As a Wellbeing Engagement marketing analyst in this position, you are expected to support the planning team in the construction and execution of proposed actions for top account clients. Understanding client profile together with sales, client success, partners and client internal communication department. This position will work closely to enable and deliver customer engagement actions. **YOUR IMPACT**:

- Very close contact with the planning, client success and partners team;
- Direct support for the execution of actions for accounts, clients in general;
- Responsible for enabling actions with partners: graphics, gyms, webinars, online and in-person classes, purchase of vouchers;
- Create possibilities for new actions and formats to be applied as customer engagement actions;
- Participation in projects to improve the stock portfolio;
- Responsible for updating the portfolio's budget;

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Advance English;
- Resilience to work in an fast paced environment with changes and different scenarios;
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time and at a fast pace
- Good writing and well-developed communication skills for lectures and webinars;
- Projects critical and analytical perspective and their impacts on the entire ecosystem;
- Owner mentality and proactivity is key for this role
- Creative and proactive to deal with diverse clients, with fast execution
- Be willing to help make wellbeing universal
- Availability to travel;
- Google tools knowledge (sheets and slides) - JIRA, ZOOM (is a plus);
- Design skills (is a plus);
- Previous experience working close to the HR area or with B2B2C events (is a plus).
