**We are looking for a MANAGER IT PROGRAM MANAGMENT to be part of our NUSA team.**

**The role**

A senior agile servant leader and trainer with experience helping large companies transition to agile ways of working and achieving business value through agility.

**What you’ll do**
- Coaching existing agile teams and “teams of teams”, including building a coaching plan prioritized changes likely to have the biggest impact on business results
- Train and coach executive leadership, program, and scrum team members clarifying roles and responsibilities and offering motivation and support, as necessary.
- Guide teams into the Agile methodology, providing employees with feedback and means of improvement, catalyzing organizational growth, and answering questions
- Provide hands-on support and collaboration across the organization leading teams toward further understanding and adoption of Agile as well as overall company growth and improvement
- Implement outcome-oriented metrics to support continuous improvement

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Comfort communicating to leadership
- Articulation of plan to scale Agile transformation
- Listening to team’s concern and implementing ideas on improvement
- Capable of dealing with and managing conflict
- Able to work effectively in an environment with many competing and high priority demands
- Agile Coach certification required (Scrum Alliance)

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Experience with Agile Lifecyle Tools such as Azure Devops, JIRA, Version One, Rally
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) SPC certification
- Launching new Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
