**MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE ENGINEER.**
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) combined with 5 to 10 years of manufacturing experience with an important understanding of manufacturing site start up. Any other pertinent experience may be considered.
- Bilingualism (English and Spanish).
- Experience in Composite/Pre preg Carbon Fiber, layup sheet analysis, liquid paint, molding process, tooling design
- Experience in composite (thermoset and thermoplastic) is an asset.
- Global thinking and available to travel internationally 2 to 3 times a year (Visa and Passport).
- At least 5 years of related job experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Experience in Leading complex projects and managing project plan, including risk management and communication, consumer Products Goods and/or sporting goods is an asset and additive manufacturing (3D Printing) is an asset.
- Familiarity with the following software and operation system: AutoCAD, PRO ENGINEER, MSOFFICE, MS PROJECT, (ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR is not essential but an asset).
