The Quality Tech Supervisor (QTS) will look at products, processes, and materials to develop standards and specs. Working closely with NPI, Supply Chain, Product Managers, and Process Managers; the QTS will document what the voice of the customer (VOC) defines as critical to quality. The QTS will create quality slides that are then used to train and affirm quality with the production team. Working with the Training Supervisor the QTS will integrate these new specs and standards into the training program. The QTS will conduct quality training as needed. This position will develop an audit and inspection schedule to ensure incoming and outgoing materials conform to the VOC/ process. The QTS will manage and schedule the Quality Team Members to perform the needed audit/inspection. The QTS will reach the benchmarks and KPIs that will be used to measure the pass/fail rates. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Main Responsibilities / Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in a quality role
- Excellent communication skills in dealing with all levels of manufacturing including external vendors
- Performs special projects as assigned
- Write, adhere to, and report on the results of Test Plans
- Determine best media/forum to write and publish written standards
- Alert process stakeholders if failure rates exceed control limits
- Self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing environment with tight deadlines
- Basic math and computer knowledge are needed when analyzing, calibrating or measuring materials.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
