**Ansell is looking for an eCommerce Manager to join our team in Mexico**

The primary purpose of this position is to drive profitable market share growth for Ansell solutions by leading E-Commerce activities in the LAC region. Our overriding goal is to maximize Ansell’s penetration within E- Commerce. This is inclusive of but not limited to Mercado Libre, Amazon, web store, and other retailer marketplaces.

In this capacity, the E-Commerce Marketing Manager is responsible for contributing to the development and leading the execution of the LAC regional eCommerce strategy. This strategy will focus on driving sales, gaining market share and the optimization of Marketplaces, Brazil Webstore, and launching other regional webstores to support the LAC Commercial plans, better serving digitally focused customers across Latin America. This role will also provide support to the regional distributors e-commerce sites, be the primary point of contact for Mercado Libre, Amazon and other marketplaces, analyzing consumer behavior within the eCommerce businesses and understanding marketing trends to anticipate the needs of our evolving eCommerce channel strategy. This position will be also leading the team or agency working on Amazon Advertising and Content Enhancement.
