**Requisitos Generales**:
El líder de aplicaciones de SI es responsable de las operaciones diarias y el mantenimiento de todas las aplicaciones de software y ERPs locales a través de las mejores prácticas entre los diferentes países de la división Américas.

El líder de aplicaciones de SI también es responsable de la planificación, diseño, desarrollo y la implementación de la información y sistemas de software para operaciones comerciales.

Este puesto colaborará con el Grupo, el equipo de SI/TI de las Américas y los socios locales de SI para garantizar un apoyo efectivo; abordar las necesidades y los requisitos comerciales no satisfechos teniendo en cuenta los estándares de SI y los objetivos comerciales.

**Actividades y/o tareas del puesto**:

- Responsable del soporte diario de las aplicaciones en toda la empresa. Este apoyo

incluye priorización de problemas de rutina, gestión de cambios técnicos y configuración
gestión.
- Evaluar, instalar, configurar y desplegar nuevas aplicaciones, software de sistemas, productos y/o mejoras a las aplicaciones existentes en todo el panorama local-divisional.
- Apoyar las integraciones locales en conjunto con el equipo de integraciones de IS de las Américas para garantizar procesos comerciales ininterrumpidos.
- Interfaz con otras funciones de soporte interno a través del equipo de SI y TI divisional y del Grupo Organización para garantizar la coordinación adecuada.
- Coordinar la entrega de SLA de proveedores al guiar la resolución de incidentes escalados, problemas de gestión, mejoras y tickets de mantenimiento.
- Brindar visibilidad oportuna y constante del nível de servicio local a los sistemas de información y negocios de las Américas.

Salario: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 8 horas
