Participate in central projects aimed at driving platform growth and achieving key targets, including campaigns, affiliate programs, content scenarios, and shoptab, with a focus on contributing to execution and learning project logic. 2. Under moderate guidance, engage in meticulous resource management, market research, and other operational tasks, gradually building proficiency in organizing and analyzing relevant information. 3. Assist in coordinating resources across cross-functional teams, supporting the smooth and orderly development and implementation of projects while learning collaboration dynamics. 4. Communicate with back-end support teams to understand infrastructure needs, contributing ideas for optimization and supporting the improvement of related systems. 5. Track project performance metrics as required, learn to identify performance trends, and propose preliminary improvement plans with guidance, continuously enhancing problem-solving abilities. **Qualifications**: **Minimum Qualifications**: - Bachelor degree with a graduation date before December of 2026 - Quick learner, proactive and resilient.
