**Responsabilidades Principales**:
**Gestión de Proveedores**:

- Certificación de nuevos proveedores de transporte y servicios relacionados.
- Solicitud y análisis de cotizaciones para asegurar calidad, costo y disponibilidad.
- Negociación de contratos con proveedores para obtener las mejores condiciones.

**Supervisión de Servicios**:

- Validación de conductores y vehículos asignados a los servicios programados.
- Monitoreo en tiempo real de horarios y rutas establecidas.
- Gestión de incidencias operativas para garantizar la continuidad del servicio.

**Uso de Plataformas Tecnológicas**:

- Manejo de Zendesk, JIRA, Google Workspace y plataformas internas para la gestión operativa.
- Monitoreo a través de la plataforma **BusUp** y herramientas de seguimiento de rutas.

**Atención al Cliente**:

- Gestión diaria de solicitudes de soporte por teléfono, correo y chat.
- Resolución proactiva de problemas en coordinación con los equipos de Operations Support y Key Account.

**Reportes y Seguimiento**:

- Elaboración de informes regulares y especiales para clientes y dirección.
- Preparación de reportes de incidencias y seguimiento de métricas clave para Customer Success.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación Académica: Licenciatura en Logística, Transporte, Administración o áreas afines.
- Experiência: 1-2 años en logística, transporte o roles operativos similares.
- Idiomas: Español avanzado e inglés (mínimo B2, deseable C2).

**Habilidades Técnicas**:

- Excel avanzado.
- Manejo de herramientas como JIRA, Google Workspace y plataformas de gestión operativa.
- Conocimiento básico de sistemas operativos Android e iOS.
- Habilidad en el uso de sistemas de información geográfica (GIS) y conocimientos básicos de programación.

**Habilidades Blandas**:

- Comunicación efectiva: Excelentes habilidades orales y escritas.
- Resolución proactiva de problemas.
- Multitasking: Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y prioridades.
- Trabajo en equipo: Colaboración eficaz con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos.
