Support the debt and equity financing of new and ongoing projects, including CCUS, through the development of project and/or structured finance solutions that provide the optimal financial structure to enable growth.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Support the financial analysis and modeling of financing opportunities for new and existing projects, including CCUS and clean energy, in accordance with the designated framework
- Collect and organize the appropriate information to support project financing discussions with financial institutions.
- Utilize Cemex's internal and external networks to update the knowledge database of current market dynamics and regulations affecting current and potential projects.
- Help with the coordination of internal and external partners, such as legal, accounting, tax, and underwriting teams.
- Create the appropriate internal communication materials, including Powerpoint presentations, for current and potential financing opportunities for projects.

**Position Challenges**:

- Support creating solid, relevant, and reliable information for top management, based on reliable sources and comprehensive analysis.
- Work across multiple geographies and time zones to deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing regulatory environments.
- Cope with new technical information pertinent to each new project

**Qualifications**:

- 100% Bilingual Spanish/English.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or engineering
- 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking, with a focus on debt financing and capital markets.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, highly proficient in financial modeling and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Bloomberg.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
