- Ejecutar acciones correctivas y preventivas en maquinaria, herramientas y equipo de las celdas de producción.
- Diagnosticar Fallas y resolver problemas de maquinaria y equipo.
- Mantener el funcionamiento y disponibilidad de los equipos.
- Diagnostico de falla, ajuste de puntos /mejora en programacion de robot scara, 6 ejes.
- Diagnostico de falla/correccion en secadores de resina
- Diagnostico de falla/correccion termoreguladores, Blender, molinos
- Diagnostico de falla, ajuste de ejes Robot wittmann, Yushin
- Diagnostico de falla/correccion detectores de metal
- Diagnostico de falla/correccion controladores de temperatura molde

Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades
- Grado minimo TSU /tecnico Universitario
- Neumatica, Hidráulica, Mecánica, Electricidad, Control y Automatización.
- Manejo de SAP
- Seguridad eléctrica/electronica
- LOTO
- Calibracion de diferentes tipo de sensores como foto electricos, fibras
- Moldeo Cientifico
- Manejo instrumentos de medicion tales como vernier, micrometros, medidores de interior
- Conocimientos basicos en moldeadoras Fanuc, sodick, sumitomo
- Medicion de tornillo/barril/check
- Edart Instalacion/Interpretacion de gráficas
