Sensata Technologies is looking for a demand planning specialist who will be responsible for the development and assessment of demand forecasts on designated product / program categories. In this position you will work with multiple internal departments as well as external stakeholders on countless analyses to determine the needed products and quantities for certain products / programs.

To make sure Forecast Accuracy and Bias meet stablished targets.

General Responsibilities
- Leads in the creation of future capacity plans
- Handles any communication with marketing, manufacturing and customer service to ensure accuracy and efficiency of message
- Leads in defining an integrated supply chain to produce sustained, timely performance on all accounts
- Leads in the measuring and monitoring of specific product / program categories
- Leads in creating a demand plan that will be used throughout the company in regards to supply planning
- Leads in in-depth analysis with large amounts of data to run various statistics and analyses on the company to help future predictability of demand planning

Experience / Qualifications
- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
