- Executing interview sessions (low conversion rate Most detailed interview evaluation possible to minimize drop out rate during the probation period)
- Project Management: Manages the project independently; ensuring that all project milestones are met, communicates independently with Account management

**Hard skills**
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in customer success/ migrations process
- Project management, best in migration support or educational programs
- CRM high knowledge
- English advanced/ German is a plus
- Intercultural experience

**Soft skills**
- Experience with migrating to another country or culture, best in Germany. or Europe
- Strong communication skills
- High level of empathy, patience and social sensitivity
- Problem solving
- Resilient
- Very well organized
- Enjoy working with people

**Bonus (priority in the selection process)**
- Cultural and language knowledges about Germany
- Having work in an intercultural environment
- Having Worked or studied abroad
- Hubspot experience
