We are growing and expanding our Manufacturing Site in Mexico In the job as Planner, you will have the chance to provide support to the organization, impact product development and your own daily tasks and responsibilities by fulling planning control actions for an important ramp up of our visualization lines. You will experience a very varied working day in a dynamic organization. You will work closely with your local and international colleagues from Denmark and Asia, but also in the US.

**Objective**:
**The Planner, in the Supply Chain function develops and runs reports to support manufacturing operations regarding scheduling, safety stock levels, lead-time, production targets and supply replenishment.**

**Essential Functions**:
**- Enter distribution orders to/from Ambu locations.**
**- Determine safety stock levels in manufactured/distributed items to achieve required service levels.**
**- Use the monthly forecast to develop the production targets for each work center.**
**- Publish a weekly lead-time alert of delivery issues.**
**- Updates master data in the M3 system to satisfy needs of manufacturing minimum order quantities, replenishment frequency, and lead-times.**
**- Issues manufacturing orders, Purchase Orders and Distribution Orders in the M3 system.**
**- Schedules manufacturing orders to meet customer service requirements, given any constraints in manufacturing.**
**- Analyze root causes of supply chain performance and implement continuous improvement activities.**
**- Become a superuser of Movex ERP.**
**- All other duties as assigned.**:
**To succeed in your role, you will need these required Skills/Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or another related field
- Prior experience working with ERP/MRP systems
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Access capabilities
- 2+ years' experience in Manufacturing
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the production facility.
- Prolonged periods of walking or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds at a time.

**Work Environment**

This is a manufacturing facility and as a result, employees have the potential to be exposed to noise, chemicals, fumes, airborne particles, machinery, vibration, or other workplace hazards controlled within compliance of current safety and health standards.
