**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure timely and accurate resolution of technical problems to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in a detailed and organized manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications:

- High School Preferred, Middle School Accepted.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using remote desktop tools and troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
- Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows and macOS.
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols and configurations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Preferred Skills:

- Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus
