We're Hiring: Interconnection Specialist (Renewable Energy) Location: Remote$20,000 to $35,000 MXN MontlhyWe're looking for an Interconnection Specialist to manage and coordinate the interconnection process for solar and energy storage projects. This role is key to ensuring timely, compliant approvals from utilities and regulatory entities, while minimizing risks and project delays.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full interconnection lifecycle, from application submission to Permission to Operate (PTO)Prepare, submit, and track interconnection applications with utilities and ISOsCoordinate milestones, timelines, fees, and study requirementsAct as the main point of contact with utilities for interconnection status and technical questionsIdentify and proactively communicate risks or potential delaysDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate, audit-ready interconnection records and agreementsEnsure compliance with utility and regulatory requirementsPrepare status reports on progress, issues, and upcoming milestonesTrack interconnection-related costs, invoices, and approvalsCollaboration & SupportCoordinate with internal teams (Engineering, PM, Permitting, Legal)Support resolution of interconnection issues, including studies and design changesEscalate critical risks or delays when necessaryProcess & Team SupportFollow established interconnection and project management proceduresContribute ideas to improve workflows, tools, and documentation standardsSupport onboarding and training of new team membersWhy Join Us?Be part of impactful renewable energy projects100% remote roleCollaborative, growing team environmentInterested?
