BEPC Mexico, a division of BEPC Incorporated, provides and manages consulting services for Automotive and Medical device companies throughout Mexico and around the globe.BEPC has an open position in the Ciudad Juárez area for a Senior Validation Technician to join our fast-growing team of consultants.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical engineering support for validation activities, including writing Installation Qualification (IQ) protocols when required, executing validation activities, and supplying data for validation completion reports.Ensure assigned validation activities are completed in a timely manner and in compliance with current requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Demonstrate solid knowledge of basic validation principles, GMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).Execute validation activities, including the creation and maintenance of calibration and preventive maintenance documentation and records.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Technical degree or certification (an engineering degree is a plus).3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or 2–3 years of experience in the medical device industry.Strong presentation and communication skills when working with teams and clients.Basic knowledge of statistics.Intermediate level of English proficiency (reading and writing).
