Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.Role: OTC Platform Deployment Specialist – SAP S4HANA – FSCM (Credit, Collections, Dispute Management).Monterrey, Mexico - Hybrid (3days from Office)Ensure the deployment of the Global Business Platform.Assist in performing As Is analysis during Solution Identification phase.Collects required information for the Change Impact analysis and facilitates impact analysis execution and resolution. Provides expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology.Support development of User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and test scripts.Support and co-ordinate User Access Testing (UAT)Identifies training needs and conducts trainings for end users.Logs risks and issues that appear during configuration, training or other activities and follows through on resolution of those issues.Performs analysis during Ramp-up phase and proposes corrective actions.Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, planning and organization skills, analytical and conceptual thinking.Stakeholder management skills: managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.Training and Change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials and supporting change to new ways of working.Bachelor's degree in accounting or other related studies (Finance or Management Accounting or Management Information Systems)At least 3-4 years of experience in End-to-end OTC knowledge including Credit, Billing, Cash Applications, including Bank receipts.SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (SAP FSCM) experience.Follow us on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Examples of such scams include purchasing a 'starter kit,' paying to apply, or purchasing equipment or training.
